| For me It's a tie between chobits because if you really think about it it's a sad anime, clannad just because it's clannad, and angel beats the ending to that series just dear god sadness

| I think Clannad is the saddest I've heard. I didn't watch it though so I'd say Angel Beats! and Chobits too!

| From those three Angel Beats was so painful to watch  , so my vote is Angel Beats. Personally, though, I've oddly found some Bleach arc endings to make me cry. <Aizon is special>
